I am a mom of four AMAZING young people who have blessed me, challenged me, scared me (sometimes), taught me, made me laugh, and made me cry, but mostly brought me immense joy.

For 28+ years, I have balanced being a mother, wife, and Pediatrician. Many of YOU are doing the same, trying to make it all work.
The good news is…..
When you stay the course, it all works out somehow.
The bad news is…..
None of the children show up with a manual!
You read a couple of books and you think “I’ve got this” until the beautiful child shows up. It’s then you realize, you don’t got it. I often asked my babies why they didn’t read the same books I read! When my oldest was 5 years old, I asked her that exact question. Guess what she told me? She has read the same books, but I’m just not reading them correctly.
Whatever your reasons for meeting me here, I pray you garner wisdom when things seem OK, encouragement when your basket seems too full, uplifting when things are hard, and direction when you feel lost.
Most importantly, I wish you joy in the child-rearing journey. Yes, it can be had. I am here to help.
